Bad Blogger

Recipe Friday :P

I'm going to start this Friday out by trying to blog about a favorite recipe of mine. If this works well, I may make this an every Friday thing.

This weeks Recipe is: 

Sweet Honey Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

3 lbs. of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/3 c. honey (or more)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Wash chicken and pat dry. Can be pounded thinner. Combine corn flakes and salt and pepper to taste. Dip chicken in honey or smooth on chicken with your fingers, then roll chicken in corn flake mixture. Place in a large buttered baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350 to 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown..

This was one of the best chicken recipes I've tried! My fiance even ate all the leftovers (which is weird for him!)

Sooo...go ahead and try it. You know you want to! :)

U-Haul

I really felt the need to write this review on U-Haul and their Trucks.

For those of you that aren't aware of what U-Haul is; it is a moving and storage company. 

Anyways, we rented a truck from them  for our move to TN. and  spent over $2,000 for it. Not only was it a terrible uncomfortable ride but the steering was TOTALLY off! We would turn the wheel and instead of the truck turning it would stay in place.  Needless to say, that's not good especially if you are going up and down some steep mountains in the rain and fog.  

When we arrived at our house after stopping a million times, we tried to call customer service and they were no help at all! They told us they would reply to our concern by giving us a call back....we waited 2 days after the day they were supposed to call us (they still didn't) so we called them back....amazingly there was NO managers in and they would have to call us back again in a couple of days. 

REASONS NOT TO CHOOSE U-HAUL

-Trucks aren't comfortable

-It is nearly impossible to actually fix the problem by talking with a customer service rep.

-Pricey

Take this review seriously or with a grain of salt. It's purely my opinion on the company.
